Localization Annotations (obsolete in v2.0.0)

Note: the external annotations have been included in ReSharper 7.0 (thanks, JetBrains!). Consequently, they have been removed from GammaXaml v2.0.0.

ReSharper has some great globalization features that help with quickly detecting strings that aren't resources and move them to the appropriate files. However, this works best when the localization inspector is set to pessimistic.

In this mode, non localizable elements must be annotated with Localizable(false) or LocalizationRequired(false). GammaXaml adds external annotations to dependency property names, routed command names and routed event names to prevent ReSharper from suggesting those to be localized.
